The Carpers are living in this house while building a new one (which they haven't actually started on).
This one needed work, too: everyone agrees the timber entryway adds immensely to its appeal, although Cathy drew the line at the "Texas star" door (currently in the garage, pending donation to Habitat for Humanity).
