Marathon County Maple, Epilog

I flew home on the 8th in a couple of pretty empty planes, and settled in to "Covid-normal." That last project eventually set up enough to be unveiled, dragged into the garage out of another late snowfall.

Cut the wires holding the side 'brace boards.'


Start to peel off the side boards


Give up, hammer 'em off.


Peel off the liner.


Prep to cut off the pipe.


Cut off the pipe.


Measure for the drawbar lifting insert.


Hooked up. You might note that the upper arm needed considerable relief, we severely misjudged that angle.
But we did much better on the lower arm.
