Summer Sojourn, Day 20

Lazy rainy Sunday...

We spent much of the day cleaning out sister Rob's condo; nothing particularly photogenic there, and I was worried I wouldn't have anything to write about...

Just in time, X realized that his sump pump had quit, so we pulled that and discovered the motor was practically seized; he dropped the backup one down into the pit, and we'll see about fixing the other, maybe today.




Took a picture of the very wet ginseng across the road...


...and on my way back to the house found a couple of puffballs that will find their way into a frying pan and a sea of butter.
