Summer Sojourn, Day 24



We dumped some gas into the carburetor, turned the key, and the motor roared to life—but it didn't last. Tried a couple more times, with the same result. We had filled the fuel line before making the final connection thereto, so time running didn't seem to be the issue; we'll pull the fuel pump and check it out of the system. There's a spare motor back in the shed we can pull one off of, it may work better.
