Mid-Wis Maple, Day 01
Two years ago I missed the start of the season, so this year I figured "...a week earlier." And here I am, in the middle of a snowstorm (not really, but it
is drifting down), sap not flowing. That's ok, there's always something to do.
I flew in yesterday, got in too late to do much beyond grabbing a late supper before it was time for bed. Not sure what's happening today, maybe some sugar-bush prep, maybe just a supply run—we'll see.
