& Boyd's 2010 Four Corners / National Parks Tour
Boyd Simonson & I decided to do a Four
Corners Tour in the
summer of 2010, and while researching it, discovered that it was
designated an AMA Grand Tour. Poking around the
AMA site revealed
another Grand Tour, the Iron Butt Association's National Parks Tour
(50
National Parks in 25 states). Since we were going to be going through a
bunch of states anyway, it seemed like it might be possible to combine
the two.
This is a day-by-day journal I kept; there are some pictures, as
well as links to the National Parks & Google Earth tracks…
